The expectations women face in the various roles we have can feel overwhelming and unfulfilling at times. We are individuals, daughters, wives, mothers, sisters, aunts, friends, professionals often all at the same time. When we put others’ interests/needs before our own we find ourselves exhausted, resentful, frustrated, sad and empty. Research shows that self care is as important as caring for others. It does not mean we are selfish. As women we must learn to address our own needs/desires/interests first in order to be able to show up and provide care, support and compassion for others. I work with women who wear many different hats in their lives and are looking to find support in order to manage their own issues, emotions and experiences. I can help you cope with and more effectively manage your relationships, career, roles and life experiences. Working together we can develop ways for you to take care of yourself and your needs while also caring for others.

These are the issues my clients often need support around:

• Depression

• Anxiety

• Stress

• Self Worth

• Relationships

• Career

• Parenting

• Family

• Intimacy

• Marriage

• Coping Skills

• Grief

• Life Transitions
